A full backup is a backup of all of your files, e-mail, databases, etc.

To download a backup from cPanel, please do the following:

• Click Backups
• Click Generate/Download a Full Backup
• Click the link with the file name of the backup on the left
• It will then start to download
• Select a destination on your pc for where you would like to save it to
• Click Save

Backups of this type can only be restored through cPanel accounts. In order to restore a site from backup using this method, please fill out a support ticket and attach your backup to the message.

The fee for this type of restoration is $20 and it may take up to 24 hours to restore your site.
