cPanel usename changes can only be made by submitting a Support Ticket. Please include your domain name, the email address you signed up for hosting with, and your desired user name.

Your user name can be a maximum of 8 characters.

Note: you can change your cPanel password at any time by clicking on the "Change Password" icon on the home screen of your cPanel
