The forms included in every Wesbite Design Package and as an Add-on order ($40/year) are customizable to your preferences. The colors and fonts of your form will seamlessly blend in with most website designs.
You can choose for your contact form to be embedded into your contact page or display as a pop-up, accessed by a graphic button link on your contact page or elsewhere. Forms are javascript-based.
Also included is the option of an additional pop-up secure form, hosted using ANA's SSL for data encryption and secure transmission.
For Design clients, should you choose to have a mailing list with a text link or graphic button link in your site design, it will be styled according to your site. On clicking it, visitors will be taken to a custom page. Once there, you may choose to require only an email address. You can also add other options, such as to be added to a list for a specifc city or to be contacted only for certain updates.
For all forms, any fields you want and the order they appear are up to you! Once your form is set up, your account control panel enables you to easily modify your forms at any time. Be aware that adding fields may lengthen your form and therefore require a change to your web page code.
Form options include:
* ability to make any or every field mandatory for submission.
* ability to log the IP address of the sender
* ability to send submissions to any email address of your choosing
* ability to use javascript validation to ensure fields are completed with correct data
* variety of user input options, including date selector, drop-down list choices, radio button checkboxes, mutliline text areas
Plase note that if you choose to have a mailing list form, it's up to you to maintain your mailing list or to find a suitable service to do so.
