Your welcome email contains vital information about your site's IP address, our name servers, control panel login, and getting started information.

Keep in mind that you will not receive your welcome email until your payment is complete and order processed.

If you received a payment complete email but never received your welcome email, please check your spam and junk folders before requesting it again. If it's there, make sure to add service@anahosting.net and support@anahosting.net to your allowed senders list for future important messages.

You can also log in to your account and click on "My Products and Services" for your cPanel login information and a link to access cPanel.

If you need your welcome email resent, please fill out a support ticket or email service@anahosting.net from the email address you signed up with. Make sure to include the domain name for which you want the welcome email.
