Website Template As-is sales constitutes a one-time use license only. You may not under any circumstances redistribute or resell any template you purchase through ANA.
All Template pages are guaranteed to validate to W3C XHTML 1.0 transitional standards and have been tested in all major browsers. ANA does not guarantee Internet Explorer 6 and below compatability with any Template As-is sale.
If you choose this option, once your payment is received and your order processed * you will be able to download your template directly from your Client area. This link is valid for 24 hours from the time of your completed payment. Simply click on your order to download a ZIP file containing each page for the site in XHTML format, style sheet(s), and high quality images.
The amount of pages you receive corresponds to the amount of pages in the menu of the design you choose. Some templates include seven pages! Most images are in jpg png or gif format. Some templates contain menu or header images in psd format. Photoshop is required to edit these images.
Each page will contain some stock text (in Latin) that you change to your own. FAQ pages will already be formatted in Q & A form. The links page will contain placeholders for six or seven banners and one for your own. Some templates also include Intro/Disclaimer pages.
Any template that contains a graphic button link for a calendar, mailing list, etc, includes a blank link for you to fill in as you see fit along with a CSS rollover effect. You choose where you want the link to lead!

Not included with Template As-is Sales:
ANA's photo gallery and forms are not available with this option. The gallery page you receive with your order will only contain stock text.
Though custom scrollbars with simple instructions for modification are included in applicable templates, you will have to supply your own forms and gallery scripts.
This option also does not include any customizations or ANA custom forms. It's up to you to make the template we supply into your very own website. Hosting and domain registration are also not included, though you're welcome to place an order for these or any other services at any time.Under ANA's terms of service, we are not obligated to provide customer support help. We do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if we have time we will certainly do our best to help you get your new website online and functioning as intended!
