ANA performs weekly backups of all sites hosted on our servers. The process of restoring your lost material in this way can take some time and is not always guaranteed. This is true of most web hosting companies but few will admit it. ANA feels that it's important for you to be aware of this so that you actively make your own backups.

In order to request a full backup restoration of your site, please submit a support ticket and be patient. The fee for a site restoration from backup is $20.

It's not a good idea to depend on ANA or any other web host to backup your work for you. It's your responsibilty as a website owner to make periodic backups of your website. If you're unfamiliar with the process of making backups, please see our cPanel guide for instructions on generating backups.
