How To Send In Your Updates

Once you've signed up for webmaster service, you will receive a welcome email verifying your account. You'll be given the email address to send your updates to along with your client ID number that you'll need to include with all update requests.

Webmaster clients are also welcome to use ANA's ticket support system for update requests. Going with this method, you will receive an update request acknowledgement when it is received. An update will be made to your support ticket once your changes are finished. Utilizing the ticket system is an easy way to keep track of your update requests.

Website upates are done Mon-Fri 9am-9pm EST. Emergency updates are available seven days a week. All updates are always responded to and finished quickly, usually within hours, depending on your update submission time and the nature of your update.
